Rage Resource System

The Warrior generates Rage through basic attacks and certain Weapon Skills. Rage is then spent on powerful abilities:

  • Basic attacks generate ~5 Rage per hit
  • Weapon Skills cost 10-30 Rage
  • Rage decays slowly out of combat

The key to effective Warrior play: Never cap your Rage. Always have something to spend it on. If no enemies are nearby, use utility skills that consume Rage for mobility or buffs.

Essential Skills

Skill Effect Rage Cost
Raging Smash150% physical damage + knockback10
ChargeDash forward, stun target15
WhirlwindAoE damage around you20
Ignore Pain40% damage reduction for 12s15

Best Talents (Bleed Build)

Unlock at level 10. These talents form the core of the top-tier bleed Warrior build:

Talent Effect
HemorrhageCritical hits apply a bleed stack (stacking DoT)
BloodlettingEach bleed tick generates 2 Rage
BloodfeastDamaging a bleeding enemy heals you for 2% damage dealt
Fighting SpiritDeal up to 30% more damage based on missing health
Surge of ViolenceSpending Rage increases attack speed by 5% for 3s (stacks)
Second WindSurvive a fatal hit with 20% HP once per 90s
Synergy: Hemorrhage (bleed on crit) → Bloodletting (bleed ticks = Rage) → Surge of Violence (spending Rage = attack speed) → more crits = more bleeds. This is the core loop.

Best Weapons for Warrior

Weapon Why
GreatswordBest all-around. High base damage, good cleave
WarhammerHighest single-target damage. Best for bosses
Sword + ShieldBest survivability. Recommended for group tanking
Dual AxesFastest attack speed = fastest Rage generation. Great for bleed builds

Stat Priority

  1. Critical Strike Chance — Triggers bleeds via Hemorrhage
  2. Strength — Base damage scaling
  3. Attack Speed — Faster Rage generation
  4. Max Health — Synergizes with Fighting Spirit

Pro Tips

  • Use Ignore Pain before pulling big groups, not after taking damage
  • Charge + Raging Smash is a powerful initiation combo (stun → knockback)
  • Keep bleeds up on all nearby enemies — Bloodletting turns them into passive Rage generation
  • If using Fighting Spirit, play at ~50-60% HP for the damage bonus, with Second Wind as your safety net
